Paul Cozens
Paul qualified as a Patent Attorney in 1991. Paul has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Cambridge and a PhD in computational fluid dynamics from London University, and has subsequent experience as a practising engineer. He has maintained his broad interests in the mechanical, electrical and software engineering fields, with professional experience over a wide technical spectrum from nuclear physics, fibre optics and semiconductor devices, through automotive engineering, radar and communications technologies, to software and business process inventions. Paul is a Registered Trade Mark Agent, and handles a large designs portfolio. He sits on the Software Committee of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.

Rob Hawley
Rob has an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and a Masters Degree in International Laws from The University of Nottingham. He is also a qualified Trade Mark Attorney and a Member of The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. Rob entered the trade marks profession in 1991 and has worked in-house for a multinational company, as well as spending many years in private practice servicing a diverse range of clients. He has significant experience in all aspects of trade mark work, from assisting clients with the selection and protection of their marks through to matters of an enforcement nature. He is also experienced in the registration and enforcement of Designs in the UK, the European Union and other overseas jurisdictions. |

Gary Johnson
Gary has an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and entered the trade marks profession in 1990. He is a qualified Trade Mark Attorney and a Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Gary has a wealth of experience having acted for regional, national and multi-national trade mark owners in relation to the protection, management, maintenance and exploitation of their national and global trade mark portfolios and associated intellectual property rights |
